Here we list the main features that a loan must have and can not miss:
- The interest rate charged;
- Any other price and terms offered, including higher charges in the event of default;
- The amount and modalities of financing;
- The number, amounts and maturity of the individual rate;
- The annual percentage rate (APR);
- Details of analytical conditions under which the APR may be amended;
- The amount and the purpose of charges that are excluded from the calculation of the APR (if you can not clearly indicate these costs should be shown a realistic expenditure, in addition to this amount, you may not be imposed on any payment);
- Any guarantees;
- Any insurance coverage that you were required and not included in the calculation of APR.
Also remember that no amount may be required if not specifically with a clause in the contract.
